Logging in with your email address. When you join a Ning community, your log-in is based on the email address that you used to register for the site. So, when you go to log in to your Ning community, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password:
Removing the Welcome Box. When you first sign in, you will be taken to the Homepage of your Ning community. You will see a green welcome box that prompts you about some of the features available at your Ning. To remove this box, just click on the small X in the upper right-hand corner of the green box, and the prompt will no longer appear.
Password reset. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the Forgot your password? link in order to request a password reset. You will be prompted to enter your email address; then just click the Reset Password button:

Email address reminder. If you do not remember what email address you used to create your Ning.com account, you will need to contact the system administrator for your Ning.com community. The system administrator cannot reset your password, but she can check to see what email address you used to create your Ning.com account.

hello~
ive removed the welcoming box. But the problem is, how am i going to enable it again?
The only thing that the welcome box does is to provide you with the same links that you can find in the tabs across the top of the page, or in the settings you see in the right-hand column when you click on "My Page." There is nothing in the Welcome Box that is not duplicated by the regular navigation links at your Ning.
